This house is simply stunning including the beautiful windows that give you a view to the surrounding area and gorgeous sunsets. It is a little piece of paradise. The attention to detail and amenities along with the treats were very much appreciated. We loved relaxing in the comfortable furniture in front of the fireplace. At the end of the day, we enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking miles of gorgeous scenery while enjoying a glass of wine from a local vineyard recommended by Joe. We also enjoyed using the firepit. The location is close to Dubuque and Galena which is convenient to explore those areas and then return to the peaceful cottage. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return again some day.
